CrossFit is, quite simply, the “sport of fitness.” We’ve learned that harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other means.
Here at CrossFit TYL we strive to keep our daily WOD (workout of the day) ever changing and evolving. The movements performed change daily, so you'll never get stuck doing something routine. The coaching staff works with each individual to help them find appropriate weight and intensity for their abilities.
The most common response to "Have you tried CrossFit?" is "There's no way I could do that stuff!" The truth is that CrossFit is hard work, but aboslutely everyone can do it. The athletes safety is of utmost concern, so we take the time to make sure you are doing the movements the right way and with a manageable weight.
Here at CrossFit TYL we pride ourselves in the family atmosphere we have built. We are not the typical gym, we interact with each other, we encourage each other, and we cheer each other on until the last athlete is done. We work together as a team to help everyone find the fittest and healthiest versions of themselves.
